Eco-design services
Eco-design of digital solutions
The development of a platform, whether it is for services, e-commerce or even an ERP, cannot be done without a precise analysis of your needs. It is not up to you and your users to adapt to a solution, but it is up to the solution to adapt to your needs. This is why I approach projects according to the Design Thinking approach:
- Understanding your problem and research
- Defining your needs and your limits of eco-responsibility
- Searching for solutions
- Prototyping the most suitable solution
- User tests
- Selecting the partner who best fits your needs and who will be able to meet your expectations
- Development follow-up
The depth of analysis of steps 1 to 5 is defined according to your expectations.
Methods
Framing session, personas, user paths, co-creation workshops, prototypes, user tests, Agile method.
Deliverables
Report and recommendations, persona sheets, user path sheets, access to the prototype, videos of user tests, access to the development follow-up.
Creation of eco-designed website
The realization of your website in eco-design mode takes the basis of the Design Thinking by adding the approach of good practices of eco-design. I apply a Design Thinking approach:
- Understanding your issues
- Defining your needs
- Searching for adapted solutions
- Prototyping the solution
- User testing
- Development monopolizing the least amount of resources (computer power, network access, amount of data to be processed, time spent by users)
The depth of analysis of steps 1 to 5 is defined according to your expectations.
Depending on the size of the project, I develop the solution or I call upon a partner selected according to the need and trustworthy whose work I will follow.
Methods
Framing session, personas, user paths, co-creation workshops, prototypes, user tests, Agile method, HTML-CSS-JS development.
Deliverables
Report and recommendations, personas sheets, user path sheets, access to the prototype, videos of user tests, access to the development follow-up, source code of the delivered solution.

Audit
The goal of an audit is to make a status report of your digital solution or service. My analysis focuses on 3 main issues:
- Quantitative study: performance and results of analytics.
- Qualitative study: measures of usability and user satisfaction (UX).
- Environmental study of the solution itself: measures of CO2 eq impacts of the pages.
The analysis is compiled in a synthesis with recommendations on points of improvement.
Methods
Google Analytics analysis, heuristic evaluation, user tests, interviews, CO2 eq. impact measurements
Deliverables
Report and recommendations.

- A single page or an eco-designed landing page.
The options can be resized according to your expectations (example: page in 2 languages).
Methods
Framing session, logo design, HTML-CSS-JS development.
Deliverables
Visual identity sheet and its media files, source code of the page.
UX DEsign services
UX Design is at the base of the eco-design approach because it shares many values for a responsible digital: accessibility, inclusion, ease of use, speed of execution, user data protection... UX Design can be a first step towards eco-design.
Customer experience improvement
To understand your audience, it's a good idea to map its user journey. Its analysis will allow to detect the points of friction and possible loss of traffic or conversion.
A solution is then defined in the form of a prototype that is tested by users to confirm its potential for progress and differentiation before launching development (reducing budgetary risks and development review time losses).
All the elements of a high definition prototype are declined in a Style Guide, which is the detailed UI and UX specifications to facilitate development.
Methods
Competitive benchmarking, opportunity research, UX Business model alignment, wireframes, prototyping (low definition to high definition clickable prototypes), user testing.
Deliveries
Report and recommendations, delivery of graphic assets, writing of a Style Guide or sharing of the Design System file (Figma, Adobe XD), access to the HDEF prototype.

What is UX Design?

UX Design is based on a methodology similar to the scientific approach, i.e. an approach based on demonstration: the hypotheses and convictions at the beginning of the project are confirmed or invalidated by experimentation (user tests, measurement of analytics) with a view to learning.
The concept is thus improved by iteration ("test and learn").
Collective intelligence workshop
Relying on the collective intelligence of your teams to solve your problems is an excellent lever. In workshops, your internal teams build solutions together and feel all the more involved and motivated in using them.
Methods
Kick-off, creativity warm-up, setting the context, brainstorming activities, facilitation, weighting of solutions.
Deliveries
Report from the workshop.

Design system creation
All the elements of a high definition prototype are broken down into a Design System to facilitate the appropriation of the assets by the developers, to ensure that the consistency of the system is maintained and also to allow the developers to generate their own screens while respecting the defined solution.
Methods
Assets inventory, preparation and organisation of files.
Deliveries
Share the Design System file according to your internal software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

Research opportunities
In order to develop your business, your business is mapped in the form of a service blueprint representingall of your company's solutions and processes. By studying your customers' expectations and the services offered by your competitors, we define a new value proposition together. A new Service Blueprint is then proposed.
Methods
Mapping of the current Blueprint service and customer journey, analysis of customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, definition of a UX Business model, new customer journey, new Blue-Print Service.
Deliveries
Report,

User study
In order to understand the real needs and expectations of a group of users, observations of them and individual interviews make it possible to define a typical profile in the form of Personas. Each Persona is completed by a specific user journey. These paths will bring out new business opportunities.
Methods
Exploratory research, field observations, interviews, analysis, definition of personas and their user paths.
Deliveries
Report and recommendations.
